About: this is basically a still Tinc Set and was originally, in the first vintage 2016, called Tinc Set Tranquil. To avoid confusion, for the label was basically the same as the sparkling, too, the wine has been re-named after the vineyard it comes from. As fluid and digestible as the sparkling, this is a great value dry white wine made without any added sulfites.

Winemaking
Direct pressed to stainless steel, nothing is added, no yeasts, no sulfites, the malo happens naturally, and the wine is bottled after the first cold when the gross particles have precipitated.

A hot, dry summer followed a wet winter and spring so the wines are both very ripe and reasonably juicy.
