About: a skin contact wine that’s really more white than orange and stays very true to the soil and variety, made from the same grapes as Poil. Super aromatic and remarkably persistent, giving pleasure once opened for a week. Ida is Sebastien’s grandmother, also vigneronne.

Destemmed and put in concrete to ferment on skins for three weeks, with some remontages, then moved to clay jar that’s not porous.

Tasting: Terrific, pale golden colour, lovely grainy texture, just elegant with just enough fruit sweetness to balance the astringency, medium body and super lively. Quite tight for now. Opens to more earthy, spicy character.
