About: a cool, surprisingly fine orange wine. Rich peach fruit and texture balanced by salty acidity. One euro per bottle is donated to the preservation of Orang Utans in Borneo.

Hand picked. Muscat de-stemmed, fermented on skins for 2 weeks then matured in 500 litre barrels and barriques for 9 months. Riesling half whole bunch, half de-stemmed, fermented on skins for 6 weeks, then aged in 1000 litre oak barrel.
