Winemaking
Hand picked. Muscat de-stemmed, fermented on skins for 2 weeks then matured in 500 litre barrels and barriques for 9 months. Riesling half whole bunch, half de-stemmed, fermented on skins for 6 weeks, then aged in 1000 litre oak barrel.
