Winemaking

De-stemmed and made usually in stainless steel tank depending on the vintage with 10 days skin maceration, aged in stainless and bottled unfined, unfiltered. Nothing added, nothing taken.

Bone dry with plum cherry violets toasted herbs, dense but juicy and fine tannins, delicious

A very limited production and unusual blend of Sumoll and Merlot because not many grapes because all the Grenache Noir and Carinyana (0.5ha) went into Paradetes.

Tasting: based on Merlot and Sumoll, a very small harvest, it’s a knockout wine with a cool raspberry, cherry and almond fruit, fine tannins and violet perfume.
